Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Sales Support Specialist focused on data analytics and commercial operations to strengthen customer relationships and optimize sales processes.

You will support the sales team by managing inquiries, tracking orders, analyzing data, and preparing materials to help tailor solutions for clients, while delivering timely, accurate responses and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What you will enjoy doing*

• Visit customers independently and alongside sales personnel to strengthen relationships and address customer needs
• You are expected to manage inventory of industrial gases and hard goods primarily via phone communication
• Provide ongoing support by answering questions, tracing order status or shipments, and resolving customer issues promptly
• Prepare analyses, agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in understanding client requirements
• You are going to solve straightforward problems efficiently and deliver timely solutions to meet customer expectations
• Communicate clearly and ensure follow-up to close open customer needs and maintain satisfaction
• You will make informed recommendations to external customers to support their purchasing decisions
• Support proposal development, cylinder audits, and perform other duties as assigned to contribute to team success
