Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a sales-focused professional to promote sales and provide account service for assigned and potential customers in the United States. You will aim to meet quotas, develop new business, and sustain customer relationships while you manage existing accounts, negotiate supply agreements, and drive profit improvements.

The role requires a high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5–7 years of sales experience; industrial gas and welding experience are preferred,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5–7 years of sales experience.
• Prior sales process is critical for this role.
• Industrial gas experience and welding experience preferred; Oil & Gas industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers.
• Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to potential targets, onsite and via phone.
• Improve gross profit and secure new business opportunities.
• Enhance profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions.
• Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.
• Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data.
