The Connor Group is seeking a Sales Support Manager on the West Coast (Remote or Hybrid) to partner with Business Development and coordinate SOWs, proposals, Salesforce administration, and contract execution. You will drive execution across the sales cycle, own proposal and SOW development, and manage critical business systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted resource by managing sales support from intake to completion.
• Draft, coordinate, and finalize proposals and SOWs with teams.
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and related platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale processes.
• Collaborate on strategic growth initiatives with Partners, Legal, and Revenue Ops.
