Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions.
• Proficient with ATS (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor team members to foster development and success.
• Partner with team to discuss career interests and development needs.
• Strategize with GM to review projections and set action plans to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation for recruiting.
• Ensure timely submittals to new jobs with Sales and Recruiting teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and use PIP to guide improvement.
