Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated Design Consultants to visit residential homes, present window and door replacement options, and guide homeowners to a same-day decision. This full-time role offers an uncapped commission structure and comprehensive training.

You will travel to appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with a strong, proven sales process. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
