Renewal by Andersen in Central Indiana is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Design Consultants travel to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes to present window and door replacement options and help homeowners make same-day decisions.

This is a strong commission-based role with no project management or follow-up required, offering uncapped commissions, paid training, and opportunities for top performers.

Formación

• Valid driver's license required.
• Travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating iPad applications.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required)
