• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, PSRs, and TSRs.
• Review bids and approve contracts before client presentation.
• Ensure accurate turnover and life-cycle governance for projects.
• Forecast monthly project revenue and maintain workforce forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, and care/renewal teams.
• Maintain safety leadership and Sandler process adherence.
• Align customer commitments with internal capabilities before promising dates.
