Staffing Lab LLC is assisting a client in filling a full-time Project Manager position. The role sits with the executive team, owning health and growth of enterprise accounts and driving performance against KPIs while handling day-to-day activities to keep clients successful.

The ideal candidate will bridge business relationship management and hands-on technical coordination, with experience in technology or construction sectors and the ability to document requirements for deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology or construction sectors.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and KPI-driven outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; document requirements clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team to define and report KPIs for enterprise accounts.
• Own day-to-day relationship and operational cadence for assigned clients.
• Prepare account reviews, status updates, and performance summaries.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT services and software deployments.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure on-schedule delivery and risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunities to expand value within existing accounts.
