Job summary

Thorne is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Execution to partner with senior leadership in driving the planning, implementation, and optimization of the company-wide enterprise strategy. You will work closely with the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy to translate strategic initiatives into measurable results across finance, operations, and product teams.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in top-tier management consulting and/or in-house strategy, operations, or general management in consumer products, health & wellness, or related industry.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience leading or supporting commercial launches, channel expansion, or go‑to‑market programs is preferred; ability to work across sales, marketing, supply chain, R&D and quality.

Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional strategy execution by turning priorities into concrete plans with owners and department leaders.
Structure decisions, define criteria, and drive toward timely decisions to avoid stalls.
Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and milestones to keep initiatives on plan.
Develop governance cadences, scorecards, and real-time visibility for high-visibility initiatives.
Support annual planning with frameworks, timelines, and facilitation materials for executive reviews.
