Job summary

Curtis Food Recruiters is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Planning & Operations for a vertically integrated manufacturer of premium coffees and powdered beverages.

You will strengthen sales forecasting, improve planning processes, and drive visibility across the organization, building scalable processes to influence commercial strategy. You will lead cross-functional forecasting, partner with Sales to align forecasts with promotions, pricing, and demand, and develop dashboards to support informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, supply chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales planning, forecasting, or commercial operations experience in CPG, food and beverage, or manufacturing.
• Experience with forecasting, ERP, BI, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve customer and SKU-level sales forecasting processes.
• Partner with Sales to align forecasts with promotions, pricing, innovation, and demand.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
• Establish consistent planning practices and accountability across Sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial and operational forecasts.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support business decisions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and forecasting tool adoption.
