Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, optimize inventory, and drive revenue growth. You will forecast demand, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and lead the monthly consensus process to align with service targets and financial plans.

You will champion o9-based enhancements, analyze forecast errors, and build a detailed 2-year forecast to guide manufacturing and deployment. MBA is a plus for strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain related field is required.
• Experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply planning is preferred.
• MBA is an advantage for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to understand market trends and promotions to forecast demand.
• Lead the monthly consensus to meet service metrics and inventory goals and prepare forecasts.
• Drive improvements using o9 technology for enhanced planning accuracy.
• Monitor forecast errors and biases; adjust item or DC levels accordingly.
• Develop 2-year demand forecasts and provide management updates on KPIs.
• Share best practices with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
