You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and analytics teams to translate data into actionable forecasts for inventory optimization and production planning. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/demand planning tools, and excellent communication to influence multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/IE/Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and market trends.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and demand planning tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories.
• Analyze demand drivers including trends, promotions, seasonality, and channels.
• Partner with statistical modeling teams to improve base forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor market trends and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on forecast accuracy and KPIs.
• Continuously improve forecasting processes and systems.
