Qualifications

- 3+ years in consumer products forecasting or related fields.
- Strong analytical and statistical knowledge.
- Experience in S&OP, customer planning or supply planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly S&OP forecast consensus process with cross-functional teams.
- Translate consensus forecasts into operational forecasts with production planning.
- Support customer promotions and new product launches from concept to production.
- Communicate forecast changes and keep partners updated timely.
- Measure forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Analyze trends, risks and opportunities to drive informed decisions.
