Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders, quotes, change requests, and expedited shipments.
• Manage open order and delivery reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate intercompany transfer orders and communicate updates to planners and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for internal sales teams and support customer inquiries.
• Maintain order documentation, process debits, credits, rebills, and other adjustments.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, production, shipping, and purchasing to meet delivery requirements.
• Generate reports, maintain records, and assist with inventory-related activities.
• Create purchase requisitions for production and office supplies.
