Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support daily purchasing and order processing operations in Irvine, CA. The role emphasizes accuracy, strong Excel skills, and ERP system usage to manage a high volume of transactions.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with multiple internal departments and external partners to ensure timely order processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in order management, purchasing support, order entry, or related operations.
• Experience processing high volumes of purchase orders or sales orders.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems; EDI experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, maintain, and track purchase orders and related transactions.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and order information for accuracy.
• Maintain and update records using ERP systems and Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order processing.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements.
