Responsibilities

• Manage executive scheduling and calendar coordination.
• Coordinate sales pursuits, respond to RFPs, and prepare SOWs.
• Support strategic partnerships and go-to-market activities.
• Create polished client-facing materials and proposals.
• Track priorities, deadlines, and next steps across initiatives.
• Prepare briefing materials and capture decisions from meetings.
• Gain exposure to enterprise sales and leadership.
