Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of digital project management experience.
• Ability to meet internal and client deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Experience with CMS or eCommerce platforms (Sitefinity, Sitecore, WordPress, Kentico, BigCommerce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines.
• Track and measure project status.
• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and weekly status reports.
• Ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage project budget, scope, backlog, and change requests.
• Ensure best practices through the project lifecycle.
• Timely completion and archiving of projects.
• Manage risks, blockers, and escalations.
• Liaise between clients and development team.
• Participate in kickoff, requirements, status, demo and training meetings.
