LionsBot is seeking a Sales Operations & Logistics Manager to bridge commercial goals with fulfillment execution in our US operations in New Jersey. The role leads the warehouse team and coordinates with finance, demand planning, and service to deliver on-time robot orders.

You will forecast, plan, and manage inventory, shipments, and invoicing while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This onsite position requires up to 20% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role (supply chain, sales operations, or logistics).
• Minimum 2 years direct management experience of warehouse/logistics/sales professionals.
• Professional experience with ERP and WMS/OMS systems.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and data visualization (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI).
• US work authorization and ability to lift 60 pounds; drive license; travel up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer purchase orders, align forecasts with supply capabilities and production/stock schedules.
• Serve as liaison between sales channels and supply chain functions (demand planning, inventory, warehousing).
• Translate forecasts and historical trends into inventory and procurement plans.
• Maintain spare parts inventory to support customers and distributors.
• Track robot deliveries, installations, and movements across the USA for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain records of robot locations, deployments, and ownership status.
• Ensure documentation and reconciliation of shipments, transfers, and invoicing.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, carrier relationships, and delivery milestones.
• Monitor stock levels, optimize storage costs, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations for robots, spare parts, and consumables.
• Develop SOPs for warehouse, logistics, fleet, and spare parts management.
