Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Commercial Demand and Fulfillment Manager to lead global inventory replenishments and final-mile deliveries. The role reports to senior leadership and partners with Global Logistics, 3rd party providers, and field engineers to ensure optimal customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership in logistics, strong communication skills, and experience managing capital shipments in domestic and international

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience leading people and processes
• Managing capital shipments through various modes of transport to domestic and international markets
• Exceptional communication, tailoring messages to various audiences and organizational levels
• Proven ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with creative problem solving
• Strong relationship-building skills, influencing stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, MS Office and BI software

Responsibilities

• Oversee global inventory replenishments and customer final-mile deliveries.
• Translate detailed updates into context-appropriate messaging for key partner functions.
• Support internal and external audits with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Establish, refine and measure KPIs using data and predictive analytics.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Specialists.
• Collaborate with partner functions to resolve gaps in tools and processes.
