Formación

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or administrative sales support roles
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis

Responsabilidades

• Manage CRM records, schedule meetings, LinkedIn prospect communications, and prepare/edit presentations and proposals
• Act as point of contact for customer inquiries and schedule meetings/calls; ensure follow-ups
• Coordinate shared leads and internal meetings
• Research prospects, monitor market trends, track sales quotas, maintain sales materials and coordinate across departments (marketing, logistics)
