Job summary

Paychex is seeking a strategic leader to plan and drive key Sales initiatives, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating a matrix of internal partners. The role focuses on executing divisional strategies, improving sales processes, and driving performance against KPIs.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing KPIs, and guiding policy improvements aligned with Paychex values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 3 years of experience in management/sales with knowledge of Sales and HCM offerings.
• 1 year of experience leading a matrix team and/or project management.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a collaborative matrix team of internal sales support and corporate partners to execute divisional initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to measure progress and diagnose opportunities.
• Advise Senior Leadership on measures to improve sales processes and compensation.
• Provide strategy planning guidance using data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.
• Optimize sales coverage and distribution through territory assessment and forecasting.
• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent.
