Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Advanced Excel and business analytics capabilities.
• Experience with reporting platforms, dashboards, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SOM Team to understand priorities and drive field activities.
• Lead deployment planning to align resources with priorities and opportunities.
• Analyze deployment effectiveness and recommend adjustments for ROI.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation based on data and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and BI reporting to inform leaders.
