Job summary

Plansee Group is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional at our Franklin, USA site to drive strategies for High Performance Materials in the USA and Canada. You will coordinate with engineers, production, and sales teams to educate customers on materials and capabilities, while managing pricing, terms, and delivery.

The role requires a BS degree and 5–7 years in industrial B2B sales/marketing, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and the ability to meet ITAR requirements.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years industrial sales and marketing experience in B2B.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage timelines.
• Ability to meet ITAR/export control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure the success of Sales and Marketing strategies for Plansee's High Performance Materials in the USA/Canada.
• Provide commercial management to customers on price, terms, evaluation, and delivery.
• Create marketing intelligence via analytical data, market studies, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and sales teams to address customer needs.
• Maintain CRM with regular reviews of sales, travel, and account growth.
• Travel up to 50% to increase sales in the assigned markets.
