Job summary

Plansee USA LLC is seeking a Key Account Manager to join the Franklin sales team. The role requires proven B2B sales experience and the ability to build strong customer relationships across international markets, collaborating with engineering and internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, with five+ years in industrial sales, knowledge of SAP, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering/Metallurgy/Business or related field
• Minimum five years of industrial sales and marketing experience in a B2B environment
• Knowledge of the SAP sales module
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to interact across cultures
• High degree of organization and time management; ability to present information clearly

Responsibilities

• Performs strategic key account sales and marketing activities within the local and global segments assigned
• Grow and capture business opportunities within the North America Refractory Metals division; act as the point of contact and internal voice of the customer
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, logistics and manufacturing to drive applications and projects end to end
• Assess market competition; differentiate Plansee's products and gain favorable positioning
• Assist in annual business planning by developing product and account plans and using Plansee CRM for forecasting
• Attend workshops, publications, industry shows and Plansee sales meetings; periodic visits to Plansee facilities
