SCI is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Miami, FL to lead a team of Sales Counselors, manage quotas, and drive market share through effective programs and community engagement.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales leadership, a valid driver's license, and experience with CRM systems, MS Office, and compliance with policies. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a strong coaching mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales management experience 3–5 years required.
• Sales counselor and supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record; insurance license as required by state rules.

Responsibilities

• Staff management and leadership to meet location quotas.
• Instruct Sales Counselors and ensure customer needs are met.
• Manage aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and sales presentations.
• Develop market share through programs and community events.
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintain marketing materials and sales rooms to professional standards.
• Ensure adherence to Code of Conduct and licensing requirements.
