Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales management experience required.
• Sales Counselor and supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople a plus.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established location sales quotas.
• Ensure Sales Counselors use training methods and follow policies.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to meet customer needs.
• Manage Sales Counselors and oversee aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills.
