Job summary

SCI in Las Vegas is seeking a sales leadership role responsible for coaching and developing our sales staff to meet monthly revenue goals. You will help staff in prospecting, public speaking, closing, product knowledge, pricing, terms, and electronic contracts while ensuring excellent customer service.

You will shadow Sales Director in meetings, review contracts for compliance, utilize Salesforce CRM to identify warm leads, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns to grow market share.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associates degree in related discipline preferred.
• Series 6 or 7 License or obtain within six months.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and electronic contracts.
• Funeral Services industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goals and conversion targets.
• Develop sales staff in prospecting, public speaking, closing, product knowledge, pricing and terms.
• Review contracts for compliance and provide feedback to staff.
• Use CRM to identify and assign warm leads.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to grow market share.
• Develop annual sales plans for each associate and track progress.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiencies; support change initiatives.
