SCI in Plantation, FL, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Pre-Arrangement Advisors and drive monthly sales objectives. You will recruit, train, and mentor top talent, while supporting PAAs in lead generation, appointments, and closing techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years managerial experience, field sales preferred.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience or 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, mentor, and support a team of Pre-Arrangement Advisor (PAA) sales activities to meet monthly objectives.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate top sales talent to achieve and exceed goals.
• Assist PAAs and sales process by calling leads, setting appointments, and contributing to sales targets.
• Act as a resource to PAAs in support of sales opportunities, proposals, closing techniques, marketing plans, and community relations to increase sales.
• Monitor and manage sales performance, leads, conversion ratios, and policy compliance.
• Design and recommend sales strategies, target segments, promotions, and programs to increase market share.
• Coach and mentor PAAs on field sales concepts, techniques, and procedures.
• Coordinate and lead regular meetings to keep the team motivated and on target.
