Job summary

Roof Penetration Housing LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to support our Director of Sales, resolving escalations for commercial roofing, mechanical, and plumbing contractor customers. The role is in-office at our San Antonio, TX location with up to 15% travel as needed.

The position is a full-time salaried role reporting to the Director of Sales, with a discretionary bonus potential and standard industry hours, 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing or sales-support role within the commercial construction, roofing, building products, mechanical, or plumbing contractor industry.
• De-escalate a frustrated customer and resolve conflict without escalation.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple open issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact when contractors need an issue resolved quickly and own it through resolution.
• Address cross-department issues such as order problems, shipping delays, and product or spec questions.
• Identify recurring or systemic issues and propose fixes to the Director of Sales.
• Own specific projects or initiatives handed off by the Director of Sales.
• Maintain relationships with key end-user accounts to protect post-resolution relationships.
• Provide sales-level judgment or contractor industry knowledge to other teams when needed.
