Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated individuals from retail, hospitality, and customer service to become high-earning Project Managers. We provide a blueprint to help you win, with a base pay plus per-claim bonuses and commissions while you learn.

You’ll start with 90 days of paid, hands-on training and be supported by daily huddles and mentorship in a team-first environment. First-year reps target $100k–$150k; top veterans can exceed $500k, with full benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• The Grit: you’re competitive, self-motivated, and confident talking to new people.
• The Wheels: you’ll need a pickup truck or access to one within 60 days.
• The Heights: comfortable climbing ladders and walking on a roof with safety-first mindset.
• The License: valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: meet homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Helping Neighbors: navigate insurance to get homes fixed, not just selling.
• Managing Projects: be the face of the company from the first handshake to the final shingle.
