Relay is building the digital foundation for frontline operations. Relay is hiring a Senior Manager, Sales in Raleigh to lead a team of Account Executives, coach them on strategic deals, and drive quota attainment across a high-impact segment.

The role combines deal strategy, people leadership, process refinement, and cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing and Product to align messaging with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS sales with a proven track record.
• 2+ years in leadership or senior mentorship.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and plant managers in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead an existing team of Account Executives and coach on strategic deals.
• Provide live deal support to help AEs win and exceed targets.
• Refine sales processes, playbooks and ICP messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success for alignment.
