Job summary

Relay is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead enterprise deals in F&B, Logistics, and General Industrial segments. You will own the strategy for three proven segments and build a high-performing pod of Account Executives from day one.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll hire a first-line leader and hands-on AEs, shaping a scalable, high-impact sales organization while driving ICP alignment and collaboration with Marketing and Product.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate with C-level executives and Plant Managers in industrial sectors.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of winning new logos in greenfield segments.
• Ability to learn and articulate technical aspects of the platform and its integration into manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide Account Executives through complex enterprise deals.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a pod of AEs, including a first-line leader.
• Develop and refine sales processes, playbooks, and ICP messaging for segment success.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless deal execution.
