Job summary

Industrial Metal Supply Co. is seeking a Regional Inside Sales Manager to drive profitable revenue growth and expand market share.

You will support the Regional Inside Sales Manager with reporting, training, and team leadership while ensuring a high-performance sales culture. Essential duties include overseeing pricing decisions, mentoring the Inside Sales Representatives, and coordinating with outside sales and operations to deliver exceptional customer service and quotas.

Qualifications

• Equivalent HS Diploma and 3-5 years progressively responsible, related experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of business development, customer intimacy and distribution.
• Strong understanding of industry and branch markets.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the Branch’s strategic planning efforts.
• Leads inside sales team and coordinates pricing and servicing issues.
• Reviews and approves quotes and sales orders for accuracy.
• Identifies opportunities and collaborates with account teams to grow revenue.
