Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience OR five years of relevant business experience.
• Expertise with, application and use of CRM tools.
• Excellent coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive strong leadership and associate engagement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line inside sales team for the small customer segment.
• Ensure execution of revenue and margin growth plans.
• Develop and cultivate customer relations via phone and in-person contact.
• Execute business plans with SMEs and strategic suppliers to drive market share growth.
• Present business plans to small and large audiences.
• Generate reports for MSC management as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen customer loyalty and revenue targets.
• Recruit, coach, and retain talent to meet business needs.
