Job summary

EY is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Executives and Account Leaders across Core Growth in the US. You will drive performance, maintain pipeline health, and ensure disciplined execution of GTM strategies, while also serving as Account Leader for select Top End Core accounts.

You will report to the US Core Growth Sales Leader and guide cross-functional teams to win complex multi-service engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12-15+ years current experience with EY or similar global firm.
• Experience leading sales teams and driving performance.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and selling complex solutions to C-level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Executive team and drive attainment of team sales measures.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and territory coverage.
• Engage in key deals as Account Leader & Sales Executive for select accounts.
• Build and sustain C-suite relationships and elevate brand within client organizations.
• Ensure disciplined pricing, revenue growth, and cross-service collaboration.
