Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate growth across the Core Growth portfolio, leading a team of Sales Executives, Account Leaders and Geo Sales Leaders while also serving as an Account Leader for select top accounts. This leader will drive performance, maintain pipeline health, and ensure disciplined execution aligned to GTM strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high‑performing sales teams.
• Disciplined approach to KPIs, data, and pipeline health.
