ExxonMobil is seeking a highly experienced Sales Development Manager to lead sales development, qualify customers, and support the commercialization of advanced battery anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. You will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and negotiate commercial agreements to closure.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical sales experience in battery materials or EV/ESS sectors.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead sales development and manage key accounts in the carbon materials portfolio.
Advance product qualifications and negotiate commercial agreements to closure.
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain to enable growth in battery materials.
