Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to manage end-to-end commission processes for the global sales organization. You will work with our compensation system, analyze performance trends, and support the sales team.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and experience with Varicent, Xactly, or Anaplan, plus collaboration across Sales, HR, Finance, and Payroll. Onsite at Peachtree Corners, GA three days a week, with a focus on automation and data governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and managing complex compensation programs.
• Experience with incentive systems, financial systems, and related data.
• Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with Varicent, Xactly, Anaplan or similar solutions.
• Strong communications and project management skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end global commission processing and payout operations.
• Collaborate with Compensation and Sales Operations to resolve compensation problems.
• Administer the Sales Incentive Compensation System (Varicent preferred).
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and auditing for payouts.
• Address commission inquiries with accuracy and customer focus.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting commissions and bonuses.
• Work with large data sets to ensure data integrity for calculations.
• Provide guidance and training on plans and reports to the sales team.
• Drive data quality improvements through automation and controls.
