Job summary

Honda Aircraft is seeking a seasoned operations and strategy leader to supervise the Sales and Strategy team within the Customer Service Division. You will analyze, track, and guide sales and strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and fleet reliability, while optimizing costs, processes, and partnerships.

The role requires a strong background in governance and aviation business processes, with a track record of leading teams and delivering strategic discussions that move the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
• Ten (10) years or more experience in business governance and strategy development
• Strong understanding of business or commercial aviation business processes is a plus
• Experience managing personnel and activities or facilitating large teamwork
• Strong knowledge of resource optimization
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiarity with Business processes and analysis, ability to multi-task, leadership, objective and results oriented, ability to motivate teams, and facilitation for strategic discussions

Responsibilities

• Implement processes to capture costs, perform analysis and reporting to lower the aircraft operating cost and/or improve service plan margins and aircraft dispatch reliability.
• Build business plans and analyses as required by CS leadership to support overall CS division objectives.
• Manage CS sales function and cross functional relationships within HACI sales.
• Own the CS Governance process that includes period business performance for CS teams (financials, throughput, people initiatives, communications, customer satisfaction).
