Job summary

Honda Aircraft Company in Greensboro, NC seeks an experienced Supply Chain Division Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and supplier development. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• 15 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain teams and strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier management, and cost reduction initiatives; roadmap experience preferred.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other complex industrial environments preferred; aerospace experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term supply chain strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead direct and indirect procurement, supplier selection, qualification, sourcing, and contract management.
• Monitor supplier quality, cost, delivery, and risk; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional leadership and collaboration across functions, suppliers, and senior leadership.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, inventory, ERP planning, and supplier communications.
