Job summary

Honda Aircraft Company is seeking a Supply Chain Division Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier development. You will drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while aligning with company objectives.

The role leads cross‑functional teams, collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and executive leadership to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 15 years of progressive supply chain/procurement/operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain teams.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier management, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, defense, or similar complex industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead direct & indirect procurement, supplier selection, sourcing, and contract management.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, delivery, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across suppliers and leadership.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, inventory and ERP planning; drive continuous improvement.
