Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Daytona Beach is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, drive results, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee scheduling, workflow, parts coordination, repair orders, and coach technicians while collaborating with other departments to maximize dealership performance and safety.

A dealership background, strong communication, and motorcycle knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (dealership preferred).
• Strong understanding of service operations, workflow optimization, and technician productivity.
• Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team, manage operations, and ensure an outstanding experience for every customer.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, productivity, parts coordination, and repair order accuracy.
• Drive service revenue, labor hours per RO, upsell%, CSI scores, and profitability.
• Coach and develop your team through performance management and training.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize the dealership experience.
• Ensure safety standards and manufacturer requirements are met.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Monitor the service pipeline daily and verify RO accuracy and communication.
• Maintain records and proper cashiering and documentation practices.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results.
