Job summary

Diversey is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in Education, Government, and Building Service Contractor sectors. You will build partnerships with end-users, work with distributors, and offer tailored cleaning and hygiene solutions to create long-term value.

Based in the greater New England area, you will manage a plan to grow accounts, deliver value, and optimize margins while traveling as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in education or government is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plan for education and BSC customers.
• Engage decision-makers to understand needs and deliver consultative solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products, negotiate programs, optimize margins.
• Collaborate with distributor sellers and internal teams.
• Conduct business reviews with customers and distributors.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, manage pricing and budgets.
