Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales engineering experience in heavy equipment or automotive industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with proactive opportunity identification.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level leadership.
• Understand market trends and provide solutions to drive topline growth.
• Manage partner relationships, including strategic planning and revenue targets.
• Partner with customers to understand business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate on GTM strategies and co-create solutions with customers.
