Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a GTM Engineer, Pre‑Sales to own the technology that powers how prospects become customers. You will work with the Lead GTM Engineer to build the pre‑sales technology layer and contribute to the shared architecture supporting the customer lifecycle.

You will design automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and integrations across Salesforce and marketing tools to remove friction in the sales process and improve seller productivity while partnering with Sales,

Qualifications

3–7 years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical operations role.

Responsibilities

Build the sales operating platform. Design the automation, workflows, and AI capabilities that manage lead routing, enrichment, account assignment, territory management, and pipeline progression across the sales lifecycle.
Improve seller productivity. You'll partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to identify operational bottlenecks, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that become part of how the business operates every day.
Build revenue intelligence. Develop signal intelligence, scoring models, and next‑best‑action capabilities that help teams prioritize opportunities and engage buyers more effectively.
Connect the technology stack. Design and maintain integrations across Salesforce, marketing automation, AI platforms, data providers, and sales engagement tools to ensure information flows reliably throughout the revenue engine.
Advance AI capabilities. Evaluate emerging sales technologies, operationalize successful pilots, and help define where AI creates meaningful leverage across the pre‑sales organization.
