Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sales Engineer / Account Manager to lead sales, business development, and strategic customer partnerships across the Southeast Territory, including Georgia and Florida. The role reports to the Market Manager and offers total compensation of $100,000 - $125,000 plus sales incentives.

Based in Atlanta, GA or Florida, you will manage several of Hutchinson's strategic defense and commercial OEM accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 3–5+ years of relevant technical sales experience.
• Experience in defense markets is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ITAR and CMMC compliance.
• Strong ability to understand complex technical requirements and develop customer solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Southeast territory.

Responsabilités

• Drive Sales & Business Development: develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Build Strategic Customer Relationships: manage key defense and commercial OEM accounts in the Southeast.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer: communicate customer needs to internal teams.
• Lead Pricing & Negotiations: develop pricing strategies with leadership.
• Coordinate Customer Projects: lead cross-functional teams from concept to execution.
• Manage RFQs & Contract Reviews: ensure requirements and profitability are addressed.
