Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry is seeking a Sales Engineer / Account Manager based in Atlanta, GA or Florida to lead sales and develop strategic customer partnerships across the Southeast Territory. You will drive revenue, manage key defense and commercial OEM accounts, and coordinate cross-functional teams from early concept through full execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5+ years in technical sales.
• Experience with OEM/defense/industrial customers.
• Familiarity with ITAR and CMMC compliance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales, business development, and strategic customer partnerships across Southeast Territory.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with defense and commercial OEM customers.
• Communicate customer needs internally to ensure alignment across teams.
• Coordinate customer projects and lead cross-functional teams to progress from concept to execution.
• Lead RFQs and contract reviews to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Provide timely reporting on sales, order growth, and customer engagement.
