Qualifications
- Master or PhD in Engineering or related discipline.
- 15+ years in semiconductor equipment and wet process tech.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams (PM, Engineering, Ops, Supply Chain, Sales).
- Experience with ALD/ALE and related deposition/removal processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies to achieve revenue, margin and share growth.
- Drive strategic accounts to become co-innovation partners.
- Establish value propositions, drive margin expansion.
- Assess competitive landscape and emerging technologies to guide decisions.
- Support major business development and new customer acquisition.
- Drive strategic account penetration and content expansion opportunities.
