Job summary

Checkpoint Systems, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Sales Director for MAS Solutions to lead national accounts and drive revenue growth across EAS, RFID, Alpha and IoT. You will report to the Vice President of North American Sales and own designated accounts, developing business cases and delivering strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or IT related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in sales, with large/national account responsibility for at least 3 years.
• Experience in technology (enterprise, supply chain, store level) in the retail sector preferred.
• Bonus points for RFID and retail sales experience.
• Proven ability to sell complex solutions and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the customer sales strategy for designated national accounts.
• Manage revenue and growth opportunities within assigned and new accounts.
• Foster long-lasting relationships between accounts and Checkpoint.
• Set and communicate a proactive, cooperative culture within accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and drive sales.
• Forecast sales, budget, and strategic opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts and ensure high-value support.
