Sensormatic Solutions, a division of Johnson Controls, seeks an experienced sales leader to drive new business and expand existing retail accounts. You will manage complex deals, align customer needs with loss prevention, EAS, and video analytics solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes direct outreach, relationship-building with retailers, and achieving growth targets in a dynamic retail environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Competenze

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in sales or sales management in retail.
• Track record of achieving performance goals.
• Experience with product and solution selling.
• Experience selling to retailers or former retailer preferred.
• Experience selling loss prevention systems to C-level.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
